C. Manage Cards

This function allows the user to add/view/delete Security Bank debit card.

VIEW CARDS


ADD CARD


1. Input the Security Bank debit card number correctly in the Enter Card Number field. The user can also scan the card using his/her mobile phone’s camera by selecting Scan Card option. Note: This is limited to Security Bank current or savings account with issued debit cards; credit cards are not allowed for enrollment.


2. Enter the Expiry Date (MM/YY) and CVV.


3. The user can set the debit card as Primary Card by selecting the checkbox. This checkbox is selected by default if the user is adding his/her card for the first time in the mobile application.


4. Click the Submit button.

5. The app will display a pop-up message informing that “A six-digit OTP has been sent to your registered Mobile Number/Email Address”. The user is expected to click on Enter button available on pop-up message so that the user is navigated to the Enter OTP screen.

5. The app will display a pop-up message informing that “A six-digit OTP has been sent to your registered Mobile Number/Email Address”. The user is expected to click on Enter button available on pop-up message so that the user is navigated to the Enter OTP screen.

7. Once the user is authenticated, the card will get registered in the application and user will be displayed with a pop-up message indicating “Card Addition Successful”. When the Close button is clicked, the user will be navigated back to View Cards page.

8. An email notification on the successful debit card addition will be sent to the user’s registered email address.

De-Register/Delete Card

The option to delete the card is available on the right side of each debit card (trash bin button) on View Card page.

• Once the user selects the delete card option, a pop-up message “Do you want to De-Register the card with the number XXXXXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX?” will be displayed. User is asked to Enter Reason (mandatory) of card de-registration. Options available are De-Register and Cancel.

If the Cancel button is clicked, the user will be navigated back to the View Card page.

When the De-Register button is clicked, the user will be navigated to password entry screen:

1. Enter Password.

2. Click the Verify Password button. If the Cancel button is clicked, the user will be redirected to the View Cards page.
