E. Transaction
This function allows the user to view the details and status of the transaction he/she initiated in the mobile application by scanning the QR code of Security Bank or Non-Security Bank Merchant. Transactions can be viewed using the following tabs.
ALL
• Using this tab, the user can view all of his/her transactions made via the app.
• 10 transactions will be displayed per page. If the user intends10 transactions will be displayed per page. If the user intends to check for more transactions, then he/she can click the Load More button to view the next 10 transactions.
DATE RANGE
User can view the transactions within a specific date range using this option.
• User is expected to set the Start date and End date, and click the Proceed button.
• 10 transactions will be displayed per page. If the user intends to check for more transactions, then he/she can click the Load More button to view the next 10 transactions.
TRN ID
• User can view a specific transaction using the search box in this option.
• User is expected to enter the Transaction ID (generated after the transaction cycle is completed) and click the Proceed button.
Note: The app can only display QR payments up to 180 calendar days from the transaction date.
