G. Forgot Password

This function is available on the Login page for users who can no longer remember their password.

1. At the Login page of the app, enter User ID, then click Forgot Password? button.

2. A pop-up message notifying the user that the OTP has been sent to the user’s nominated email address will be displayed in the app. Click the Done button to proceed to the Enter OTP screen.

3. Enter the OTP, the New Password, and Confirm Password (Re-enter New Password).


4. Click the Submit button. An option to re-send the OTP is also available to the user.


5. The user will see a pop-up message on screen, notifying the user on the successful change of password.

6. An email notification regarding the password change will be sent to the user’s email address.
